How does this system work?
They talk to consumers about thousands of brands across
dozens of industry sectors to track the basics
of brand health every day.
They also monitor the effect of paid & earned media,
and news events on consumers’ brand perception
and purchase behaviors.
BrandIndex tracks perceptions of metrics such as:
- Index Score
- Ad Awareness
- WOM (Word of Mouth)
- Purchase Intent
- Purchase Consideration
Clorox, Dove, Quaker, Samsung, and Pillsbury occupied the
next five spots in the top index rankings this year.
